We want your pendant to look its best for years. Here’s how to care for it, and what our warranty covers.
Daily Care
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
- Avoid exposure to perfumes, deodorants, or strong chemicals.
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising.
- Store in the provided pouch/box to avoid scratches.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Materials & Plating
Stainless Steel 316L is hypoallergenic, rust-resistant, and perfect for everyday wear.
925 Sterling Silver may naturally tarnish — regular polishing restores its shine.
Plating (18K Gold / Rhodium / Black) may gradually fade with daily use. Lifespan depends on skin type, exposure, and care. We recommend re-plating every 12–18 months for heavy daily use.
Warranty
- 6-Month Warranty on all pendants against manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty clasps, breakage during normal use).
- Excludes damage from misuse, accidents, exposure to chemicals, or normal wear and tear of plating.
- We offer one-time free repair or replacement within this period if covered.
- After 6 months, repairs/re-plating are available at a nominal service fee.
Exchange & Service
We offer a 7-day exchange policy on standard pendants if you need a different size or style. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
