Each piece is carefully handcrafted and polished for long-lasting beauty — no additional plating or coating is used.
Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged on arrival or if an incorrect item was received.
Custom-made pendants are not eligible for exchange unless defective at delivery.
