Eligible for Exchange/Return

  • Wrong size ordered (exchange to a different chain length/size).
  • Received a different item than ordered.
  • Manufacturing defect or damaged in transit (photos required within 48h).

Not Eligible

  • Custom Design / personalized items (initials, names, signatures, bespoke shapes).
  • Used/worn items, missing tags/box, signs of wear or damage post-delivery.
  • Plating wear due to usage (see Care & Warranty).
  • COD orders requesting refund (COD is exchange or store credit only).

How to Raise Return / Exchange

  1. Within 7 days of delivery, go to Contact and choose “Returns/Exchange”, or reply to your order email.
  2. Share order number, reason, and clear photos (product + box + any issue).
  3. We’ll approve and share pickup/return instructions within 24–48h (Mon–Sat).
  4. Pack securely (see “Packaging Guidelines”). Hand over to courier or ship back as directed.
  5. Upon inspection, we process exchange/refund/store credit as per eligibility.

Note: Approval is subject to QC after we receive the item in original condition.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Prepaid orders: eligible refunds are issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days after QC.
  • COD orders: eligible cases receive store credit (no cash refunds).
  • Shipping/COD fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
  • If a prepaid refund fails, we’ll contact you for UPI/Bank details to complete it.

Packaging Guidelines

  • Place the pendant in its pouch/box to avoid scratches during return transit.
  • Include all accessories/freebies/inserts (if any).
  • Use a sturdy outer box; fill voids with paper/bubble wrap.
  • Write the order number on the outer box for faster processing.

How do I start a return?

Are custom pendants returnable?

Custom/personalized pieces are not returnable or refundable unless defective on arrival.

When will I get my refund?

Within 5–7 business days after we receive and QC the item (prepaid orders only).

Do you offer reverse pickup?

Yes, for most pincodes. If not serviceable, we’ll ask you to ship it back and reimburse standard charges for eligible cases.

Can I exchange chain length?

Yes, within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Price differences (if any) apply.
