Order Processing

We take 4 to 5 days to process ready items and 6 to 7 days for custom designs after order confirmation.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Air or surface shipping is chosen based on service availability.

Tracking

Tracking details are shared via email and SMS once the parcel is shipped. Live updates are available from the courier partner.

Free Shipping on orders over ₹999.
Standard Shipping: ₹59–₹99 for orders below ₹999 (auto-calculated at checkout).
Cash on Delivery: see COD terms below.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Availability: Most pincodes are serviceable. If COD isn’t available for your pincode, please choose prepaid.
COD Fee: ₹49 (waived during promos). Shown at checkout when COD is selected.
Order Limits: COD valid for orders up to ₹4,999. For higher amounts, please choose prepaid.
Verification: We may contact you to confirm COD orders. Unverified orders may be cancelled.
Custom Designs: COD not available for fully custom pieces; 100% prepaid after artwork approval.
Refusals: Repeated refusals may restrict COD for future orders.

Processing

Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next business day. Custom pendants take 3–5 business days after design approval.

Dispatch

Dispatched Mon–Sat via trusted partners (Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, etc.). Tracking is shared instantly.

Packaging

Each pendant is sealed in a protective pouch/box.
Moisture-resistant outer pack for transit safety.
Gift note available—add in order notes at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking link is sent via email/SMS after dispatch.
If tracking doesn’t update for 48 hours, contact us with your order number.
Missed delivery? The courier will attempt again or contact you.
Wrong address or pincode? Reach out ASAP—re-routing may add time/cost.

Exceptions & Holidays

Delivery timelines may be affected during extreme weather, strikes, containment zones, or national/state holidays. We’ll keep you updated if we anticipate delays.

How long do custom pendants take?

3–5 business days after design approval, plus normal courier transit time.
